Need contractor for data center buildout

I have a contact in Muncie Indiana who is looking for a contractor with experience in doing data center buildouts. This doesn't mean putting computers in racks. It does mean actually building the data center, wiring it, and installing fixtures and environmental controls.  Anyone know someone who does that?
